I discovered that I’ve been counting the days incorrectly.  You’re only supposed to count exercise days (6/week) so today is day 19 or the beginning of week 4.  Here are the numbers for the end of week 3.  They were more encouraging this week 🙂  (These are totals from day 1 until now.)

weight       -1.5 lbs

chest         -1 inch

waist         -2 inches

hips           -2.25 inches

right thigh   -1 inch

left thigh      -1 inch

right arm        -3/8 inch

left arm          -1/4 inch

My wardrobe is expanding as my body shrinks 🙂
