Sew So Sweet

Come on over…

to my other blog (see the link in the sidebar?).  I have been working on something new and am trying to decide whether there is a market for it or if it’s just one of those things that I need but no one else!

I need your opinions!

Hey everybody!  I’m working on that post about Obamacare (maybe I’ll be able to finish during Daniel’s second nap) but in the meantime, I need your opinons about some stuff for my Etsy store.  So…PLEASE click the link to my Sew So Sweet blog (on the right), read my post there, and leave me your opinion!  Thanks!  Have a great day!

For reasons unknown to me, my links have disappeared.  So here’s a link to the blog: Sew So Sweet

My new store and GIVEAWAY!

Well, after years of wanting to try my hand at selling the baby items that I make and having so many of you say that I ought to give it a shot, I’ve decided to do just that!  Last Monday I started creating an Etsy store online and spent the rest of the week making things to put in it; it’s a little bare right now but I’ll be sewing my fingers off during Daniel’s naps for the next few weeks to fill it up.  Now that I know we have 2 boys, Sew So Sweet will probably be where all of my creative “girl” juices flow but I’ll make an effort to have boy stuff too because I know how hard it can be to find things that are both cute and boyish!  Feel free to send me an email or alchemy (on the Etsy store) if there is some particular that you’d like for me to make for you!

Okay-the GIVEAWAY!  Here are the rules: (1) Post about and link to my Etsy store between now and next Monday (July 27th).  (2) Comment on this post to let me know that you’ve done so.  (3) Wait!  On next Tuesday evening, I’ll have my husband choose 2 numbers between 1 and whatever number the last post was, and the numbers that he chooses will win.  Will win WHAT?  You can choose between either the boy or girl model of these adorable ribbon blankets!  What are you waiting for?  Post!
